01TRAMPOLINES & ACCESSORIES
Smooth Bounce for the Family Trampoline
The centre of any backyard gathering, the trampoline demands a surface that performs as reliably as it looks. This Kahuna replacement mat restores that essential rhythm, offering a clean, black canvas ready for immediate use.
Designed for 13-foot frames, this mat suits households seeking consistent rebound and durability. It fits models requiring 84 springs of 165mm length, ensuring a secure connection between the fabric and your existing frame.
02MATERIALS
High-Strength Polypropylene Construction
Woven from high-strength polypropylene, the fabric balances tensile strength with flexibility. This material choice allows the mat to breathe during impact, reducing air resistance on the rebound. The result is a responsive surface that maintains its structural integrity through repeated compression and expansion cycles.
FINISH
Anti-Graze Hot-Rolling Process
After weaving, the mat undergoes hot-rolling to create a distinctively smooth texture. This finish minimises the skin-grazing effect often found on standard mats, making every landing feel cleaner against bare skin. The tactile difference is immediate, providing a refined touch that complements the visual sleekness of the black fabric.
DURABILITY
Reinforced Eight-Stitch Outer Seam
The perimeter is secured by a robust eight-stitch seam, engineered to withstand heavy usage without fraying or coming undone. This construction detail addresses the most vulnerable point of any trampoline mat, ensuring the edges remain tight and secure even after years of vigorous activity.
FIT
Precise Spring Compatibility Requirements
This 350cm diameter mat is tailored for 13-foot trampolines using 84 springs of 165mm length. Galvanised steel spring loops are integrated into the design to connect firmly with your existing hardware. Note that springs are not included; verify your current spring count and length before installation to ensure a perfect fit.

About this product
These mats are manufactured using the highest strength polypropylene mat fabric. This gives a very high strength while still allowing the mat to ‘breathe’ with lower air resistance for better bounce, this design greatly reduces air resistance, especially on the rebound!
These mats are hot-rolled after weaving to give the mat a smooth feel. This reduces the skin-grazing effect experienced on many other cheaper quality mats.
These mats are built to last, with a durable, strong 8-stitch seam around the outer edge which will survive the toughest punishment you throw at it for years without coming undone!
IMPORTANT: ensure your trampoline uses the same number and size of springs, springs are not included. Spring length is measured without the spring stretched.
