01TRAMPOLINES & ACCESSORIES
Smooth Bounce for the Family Trampoline
The backyard trampoline is often the first thing children reach for after school. A well-maintained mat keeps that daily ritual safe and enjoyable, offering a consistent surface that responds predictably with every jump.
This Kahuna replacement mat suits 15-foot trampolines, providing a robust upgrade or repair. It is designed for households seeking a smoother landing and longer-lasting durability without compromising on bounce performance.
02MATERIALS
Polypropylene woven for airflow and strength
Constructed from high-strength polypropylene, the mat fabric balances tensile strength with breathability. This specific weave reduces air resistance during the rebound phase, allowing the jumper to feel a more responsive lift off the surface. The material is UV-proof, ensuring it withstands prolonged exposure to sunlight without degrading.
IN USE
A hot-rolled finish for smoother landings
After weaving, the mat undergoes a hot-rolling process. This technique seals the fibres, creating a smooth texture that minimises the grazing effect often felt on standard mats. The result is a surface that feels cleaner against the skin, reducing friction and making repeated jumps more comfortable for users of all ages.
CONSTRUCTION
Eight-stitch seams built for longevity
The perimeter features a robust eight-stitch seam, a detail that significantly enhances structural integrity. This reinforcement ensures the edge remains secure even under vigorous use, preventing fraying or unraveling over time. Paired with galvanised steel spring loops, the mat is engineered to maintain its shape and function season after season.
FIT
Precise measurements for 15-foot frames
Designed specifically for 15-foot trampolines, this mat has a 410cm diameter. Compatibility depends on your existing frame; you will need 108 springs, each measuring 165mm in length when unstretched. Since springs are not included, verify your current hardware matches these specifications before installation to ensure a perfect fit.

About this product
These mats are manufactured using the highest strength polypropylene mat fabric. This gives a very high strength while still allowing the mat to ‘breathe’ with lower air resistance for better bounce, this design greatly reduces air resistance, especially on the rebound!
These mats are hot-rolled after weaving to give the mat a smooth feel. This reduces the skin-grazing effect experienced on many other cheaper quality mats.
These mats are built to last, with a durable, strong 8-stitch seam around the outer edge which will survive the toughest punishment you throw at it for years without coming undone!
IMPORTANT: ensure your trampoline uses the same number and size of springs, springs are not included. Spring length is measured without the spring stretched.
