01TRANSFORMERS & REGULATORS
Precise Control for Brushed Motors
This compact PCB sits at the heart of any brushed DC motor setup, translating raw electrical input into controlled motion. Its unassuming form belies the precision it brings to mechanical systems, ensuring smooth acceleration and reliable direction changes.
Designed for engineers and hobbyists alike, this regulator handles voltages between 9V and 50V. It suits applications requiring high torque and bidirectional movement, from custom robotics to industrial automation projects.

02DESIGN
Compact PCB for Integrated Systems
The board measures 100mm by 76mm in height, weighing just 175 grams. This low-profile design allows for easy integration into tight enclosures or custom chassis without adding significant bulk. The layout prioritises accessibility for wiring, keeping connections clear and manageable during assembly.
CONTROL
Intuitive Toggle for Direction and Braking
A three-position toggle switch governs the motor’s behaviour. Position I drives forward, II reverses direction, and 0 engages a stop-brake function. This manual interface provides immediate feedback, allowing operators to change rotation direction instantly without complex programming or external controllers.

Critical Wiring Considerations for Safety
Correct polarity is essential before powering on, as reversed connections can affect performance. Care must be taken to ensure wiring does not touch the heat sink, which may cause short circuits on the PCB. Note that this is a speed regulator, not a power supply; it requires an external DC source and a connected motor to display accurate output readings.

- Power requirement
- DC 9-50V Rated current: 40A (maximum output current) Frequency: 25kHz Regulation range: 0-100% Function: forward to stop to reverse PCB size: 100mm x 76mm x 28mm Weight: 175g Control motor power: 0.01-2000W 12V: 480W (max), 24V: 960W (max) 48V: 1920W (max), 50V: 2000W (max) Notice: Make sure the positive and negative connections are correct before powering on, and the wiring should not touch the heat sink, which may burn the PCB
About this product
Higher current, high torque, forward/reverse direction You can adjust the motor speed and rotation direction.
Note that this is not a power supply module, the motor must be connected to adjust the speed, and the multimeter output will not change if the motor is not connected, and it cannot be connected to AC power.
The maximum current of this governor is 40A.
For brushed motors.
