01TRANSFORMERS & REGULATORS
Precision Control for High Power
A compact black unit sits quietly on the workbench, its aluminum fins catching the light. It is the kind of tool that earns its place through steady, reliable performance rather than flashy aesthetics.
This SCR voltage regulator allows you to fine-tune output from zero to full power. It suits engineers, hobbyists and industrial users who need smooth control over heating elements, lamps or motors without the hassle of frequent switching.

02MATERIALS
Built with FR-4 and Aluminum
The internal circuitry rests on an FR-4 high-temperature PCB, chosen for its ability to withstand sustained heat loads. An imported thyristor chip handles the core regulation task, while precision high-voltage resistors and capacitors ensure stable output. The exterior shell is cast aluminum, providing both structural rigidity and a pathway for thermal management.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Compact Size and Mounting Options
Measuring 115 by 100 by 83 millimetres, the main unit weighs just 459 grams. Its small footprint makes it suitable for mounting on equipment panels or keeping portable on a workshop bench. Integrated mounting holes allow for secure installation, while the package carton measures 180 by 100 by 115 millimetres, making storage straightforward.
PROTECTION
Safeguarding the Internal Components
To protect the sensitive SCR during operation, the unit includes a peak voltage absorption circuit. Multiple protection layers help safeguard the electronics against electrical spikes, contributing to longer service life. An independent power switch provides quick access to cut power completely, adding a layer of safety when adjusting settings or troubleshooting.
