Hydrogenated Soy Oil Composition
The foundation is hydrogenated soy oil, enhanced with a soy-based additive that allows for hotter pouring temperatures around 75 degrees. This formulation helps reduce frosting on the surface while increasing the percentage of fragrance oil the wax can hold, resulting in a cleaner burn and stronger scent throw.

Precise Pouring Parameters
The recommended pour window is 65 to 80 degrees, though seasonal shifts may require adjusting toward the higher or lower end. Personal testing remains essential, as environmental factors influence the final outcome. The 1.99 kg carton contains enough material for several batches, supporting both small-scale experimentation and regular production runs.

About this product
Easy to use professional grade Golden Wax 464 Soy wax is a hydrogenated soy oil and contains a soy-based additive.ÊIt is 100% pure Soy wax and is a natural alternative vegetable wax and kosher. The soy-based additive enables the soy to be poured at a hotter temperature (around 75 C) helping to reduce frosting and increasing FO percentage (fragrance oil).
It has a lower melt point which helps with the burn and gives better glass adhesion. Suitable for container candles, tealights and clam shell melts. Not suitable for moulds.
This wax does not requite the addition of any other additives.
It is formaldehyde free, natural, not organic, not food grade.
