The package includes two adaptors to accommodate both 32mm and 35mm diameter rods, ensuring compatibility across various Miele models. When installing, position the catch canister to the left or right side rather than pointing up or down. This orientation optimises the settling of dust and prevents blockages during operation.

This separator works with most Miele vacuum cleaners, provided they do not feature a motorised head. Models such as the SEB217-3, SEB228, and SEB236 use electric power heads that may interfere with the separator’s placement. Check your model number to ensure the wand configuration allows for this additional component.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unopened and in brand-new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, the refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is the same or exceeding the cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error.
