Resistance for the water

The blue and yellow belt sits snugly around the waist, ready for the cool shock of the pool. It is a tool for swimmers who want to push past their usual pace, adding a tangible pull to every stroke.

This trainer uses an elastic tether to create resistance, helping to build upper-body strength and refine form. It suits those looking to add variety to their aquatic routine without leaving the lane.

02MATERIALS

Durable polyester construction

The waist belt is crafted from strong polyester, chosen for its resilience in wet conditions. This fabric holds its shape while remaining comfortable against the skin, ensuring the gear stays secure even during vigorous lap sessions. The material’s stability supports a consistent fit throughout your workout.

04FUNCTION

Elastic resistance mechanism

The system relies on a 400-centimetre elastic leash, measuring 0.6 by 0.9 centimetres in diameter. As you swim, this tether stretches to provide drag, which helps improve speed and endurance. The resistance challenges the muscles in a way that standard laps do not, aiding in overall strength development.

05DETAILS

Connector straps and storage

Two included straps manage the connection: one secures the leash to the pool side, while the other fastens the belt to the tether. A short 10-centimetre strap and a longer 15-centimetre strap ensure everything stays connected. When finished, the components fold into a compact string bag, making it simple to carry to any pool.
