Out of the box, the unit includes two pulley handles, two J-hooks, double dip handles, a landmine, a T-bar, a straight bar and a lat pulldown bar. A foot pad is also provided, alongside 140kg of pin-loaded weight plates that attach to both sides for convenient loading.
