01BICYCLES

Alloy strength for the trail

The Progear Surge is built for riders who move between tarmac and terrain without hesitation. Its matte black or blue finish signals a machine ready for work, not just show.

With a 26-inch wheelbase and a robust alloy construction, this bike suits those seeking reliable handling on mixed surfaces. It is a practical companion for daily commutes that detour onto gravel paths.

02FRAME

Oversized alloy construction

The chassis uses 6061 alloy with oversize tubing, providing rigidity where it matters most. This structure supports the rider through uneven ground while maintaining a stable platform on smooth roads. The geometry is designed to absorb shock from rougher surfaces without feeling sluggish.

04BRAKING

Confident mechanical discs

Front and rear mechanical disc brakes offer consistent stopping power regardless of weather conditions. Unlike rim brakes, these units are less affected by mud or water, ensuring the rider can modulate speed with precision on descents or sudden stops in traffic.

05FIT

Sizing for your frame

Available in 17 and 19 inch sizes, the Surge accommodates a range of rider heights. The alloy handlebar comes with bar ends attached, allowing hand position adjustments for comfort during longer rides. A comfortable sports saddle completes the seating arrangement.
