Rock history framed for the wall
The handshake from the 1975 album cover holds a quiet weight, a moment of rock history captured in ink and paper. This framed print brings that specific visual narrative into the home, anchoring a room with its distinctive imagery.
Designed for collectors and fans, it suits man caves, offices, or living spaces where music is part of the atmosphere. The matte finish ensures the image remains clear and tactile without glare.
MATERIALS
Matte paper with archival intent
The print rests on 230gsm matte fine art paper, a weight that feels substantial when held but hangs flat against the wall. The matte surface diffuses light softly, preventing the harsh reflections that can distract from the artwork’s details. This choice of material supports the longevity of the piece, ensuring the colors remain distinct over time.
DIMENSIONS
Two framed scales for any wall
Available in two distinct framed sizes, the print adapts to different spatial contexts. The medium option measures 445mm by 322mm, suitable for smaller walls or above furniture. The large format expands to 622mm by 445mm, commanding more attention in open spaces. Both proportions maintain the aspect ratio of the original poster design.
CONTEXT
A nod to Syd Barrett
The artwork depicts two men shaking hands, one appearing burned out, referencing the band’s former member Syd Barrett. This detail adds a layer of narrative depth for those familiar with the group’s history. It transforms the piece from simple decoration into a reference point for discussion among guests who share an appreciation for classic rock.
