About this product
58cm Basin Lounger · Dense Pressed Felt · Spring Teaser Wand · Purple Pompom
— a shallow 58 × 38 × 8 cm oval basin that serves as claw-care scratcher, contouring nap nest, and self-play teaser station all at once. A spring-loaded wand rises from the rim, crowned with a fluffy purple pompom that wobbles and dances above a resting cat, inviting ambush after every nap.
The body is hot-pressed from dense, tear-resistant felt in soft cream-white with a tan trim — firm enough to hold its basin shape for years, gentle on bare paws and joints, and completely quiet under scratching, with none of the paper dust and shredding of disposable cardboard. Embossed concentric tracks across the floor invite instinctive horizontal full-body stretches the moment a cat wakes. The integrated spring teaser wand flexes unpredictably at the lightest touch, its purple plush pompom mimicking live prey movement without batteries, human effort, or lost wands.
It is built for cats that play and sleep in one spot, busy owners needing self-play solutions, owners replacing cardboard scratchers, and minimalist neutral interiors where pet goods must stay discreet.
Pressed-Felt Basin — dense tear-resistant felt body, cream-white with tan trim, shape-retaining raised rim, quiet and mess-free
Embossed Scratch Tracks — concentric ridged channels across the floor, horizontal full-body scratch and stretch surface
Spring Teaser Wand — rim-mounted flex stem with fluffy purple pompom, battery-free unpredictable prey movement
The built-in spring wand removes the biggest teaser-toy pain point: traditional wands require an owner on the other end and get lost within days, while a rim-mounted, battery-free wand delivers solo ambush play on demand — a strong differentiator versus plain scratcher beds.
Three behaviours in one footprint — scratching the embossed tracks, napping in the contoured basin, and attacking the wobbling pompom — turns the bed into a cat’s daily home base, the usage frequency that directly drives five-star reviews and repeat purchases of replacement-free felt construction.
It merchandises as a matched pair with the sisal-ball edition (Q9), letting retailers offer two toy variants on one best-selling body; ultra-light 0.75 kg weight and flat packing keep cross-border freight minimal, while the neutral cream finish secures placement in décor-conscious living spaces.
