The Pridelands in physical form
A physical anchor for a digital age, this CD rests on your shelf with the quiet confidence of a well-kept book. The multi-toned presentation hints at the vibrant sonic landscape within, inviting you to engage with the music through touch as much as ear.
Designed for listeners who value the tangible, it suits those who prefer the ritual of placing a disc into a player over the passive scroll of a playlist. It is a personal artifact, ready for repeated play.

FORMAT
The enduring appeal of the compact disc
In an era of streaming, the CD offers a deliberate pause. It requires intention: selecting the sleeve, sliding the disc out, and waiting for the first note to fill the room. This format supports the Light Bends' pop arrangements with a fidelity that feels immediate and present, bridging the gap between recording and experience.
PRESENTATION
Multi-coloured artwork and tactile packaging
The visual identity of the Pridelands release is defined by its multi-coloured aesthetic. Rather than a single dominant hue, the design embraces variety, reflecting the dynamic range of the music itself. The physical object serves as a visual cue, distinguishing itself on a shelf of monochrome spines and adding a splash of personality to the display.
DIMENSIONS
Compact proportions for easy storage
The packing carton measures 18 x 15 x 8 cm, a size that fits comfortably into standard media shelving or a dedicated drawer. Weighing approximately 1 kg, the package is substantial enough to feel like a proper item rather than a flimsy insert, yet light enough to be handled without effort. These figures describe the outer carton, ensuring safe transit of the disc inside.
