02MATERIALS
Sculpted from Dried Coconut Shell
The entire structure is formed from a single piece of natural coconut shell, preserving the inherent strength and curvature of the fruit. This material offers a rigid yet lightweight foundation that withstands daily use without warping. The earthy tones and subtle grain patterns vary slightly between units, reflecting the unique growth of each shell source.
04DIMENSIONS
Compact Scale for Small Species
Measuring 13.5 to 15 cm in diameter and 7.5 cm in height, the nest fits comfortably within standard cage bars. The carton weighs just 0.35 kg, indicating the lightness of the dried shell material itself. Note that natural variations may cause slight differences in size, so ensure the mounting point accommodates these minor shifts.
05FINISH
Polished Surface for Comfort
The exterior is finished with a smooth polish, removing sharp splinters that might snag feathers or irritate sensitive skin. This tactile refinement makes the nest pleasant to touch for both owner and bird. The unpolished alternative exists, but this version prioritises a sleek, clean aesthetic suitable for modern living spaces.
