02MATERIALS
PVC engineered for harsh sunlight
The outer layer consists of tough, UV-proof PVC that resists the degrading effects of prolonged exposure to direct sun. Embedded nylon mesh reinforces this shell, preventing tears and maintaining structural integrity even after months of heavy use. This combination ensures the material remains supple and resistant to cracking, providing a robust barrier between the jumping surface and the elements.
04FIT
Secure attachment via elastic ties
Durable elastic ties are positioned at regular intervals beneath the outer edge of the pad. These fasten securely to the frame, holding the padding firmly in place and preventing it from shifting during vigorous activity. An 11cm PVC skirt drapes down over the frame’s edge, assisting in locating the padding while simultaneously improving the overall aesthetic of the trampoline.
