01KITCHEN APPLIANCE ACCESSORIES
Crisp, filtered water from your refrigerator
A quiet upgrade to the daily ritual of pouring a glass of water, this filter sits within the refrigerator’s internal system, working unseen to refine every drop that flows from the dispenser.
Engineered for specific Samsung models, it targets chlorine and contaminants while preserving the natural mineral balance, offering a clear, clean taste for households seeking purity without complexity.
FILTRATION
Refining taste without stripping minerals
The core function is precise: removing chlorine and other common water contaminants that can alter flavour or smell. Unlike some aggressive filtration systems that leave water tasting flat, this unit is engineered to retain beneficial minerals. The result is water that feels lighter on the palate, suitable for drinking, cooking and chilling beverages, delivering a consistent quality regardless of local municipal supply variations.
COMPATIBILITY
Precision fit for designated Samsung units
This filter is not universal; it is designed for specific Samsung refrigerator models, including the DA290002, DA2900003H, and various DA29-00003 variants. It also fits certain older codes like DA61-00159 and DA97-06317A. Checking the model plate inside your fridge door ensures a snug, leak-free installation. The physical dimensions are calibrated to match the housing of these specific appliances, preventing cross-threading or gaps.
PRACTICALITY
Simple maintenance and operational parameters
Installation requires no tools beyond basic hand-tightening, guided by the included instruction manual. An install date sticker helps track replacement intervals, though the supplier notes these filters have no strict expiry date, relying instead on usage volume. Operating conditions are standard for domestic refrigerators, functioning effectively between 1 and 38 degrees Celsius at pressures up to 120 psi. The package weighs just 0.331 kg, making storage and handling effortless.
QUALITY
Certified performance for peace of mind
Backed by NSF, ANSI, ISO9001, and WQA certifications, the filter adheres to established international standards for water treatment equipment. This level of accreditation provides assurance regarding material safety and filtration efficiency. For owners who prefer data-driven confidence over marketing claims, these credentials confirm that the product performs as specified, maintaining flow rates of approximately 1.9 litres per minute under normal household pressure.
