01CDS & VINYL
Original vinyl, framed for the wall
A piece of music history elevated into a visual statement, this framed artwork presents the original INXS Kick vinyl and its iconic cover as a singular object. It transforms a listening experience into a static display, ready to anchor a living room or studio wall.
Designed for collectors who value the physical medium, it showcases the full cover while allowing the record itself to emerge from the sleeve. The construction prioritises preservation, ensuring the artwork remains vibrant without glare or distortion.
02MATERIALS
Wood profiles and archival protection
The frame is constructed entirely from wood profiles, providing a warm, structural border that complements the vintage aesthetic of the vinyl era. Inside, archival matting creates a clean, museum-quality separation between the viewer and the artwork, enhancing depth without distracting from the central image.
04PRESERVATION
Clarity under UV-filtering acrylic
To protect the inks and paper from fading, the front is sealed with UV-filtering non-glare acrylic. This material offers high clarity without the reflective sheen of glass, allowing the colours of the INXS Kick cover to remain distinct and true, even in well-lit rooms.
05DETAILS
Made to order in Melbourne
Each piece is crafted specifically for the owner, measuring 75 cm by 47.5 cm on the outside. While the packaging weighs approximately five kilograms, the finished frame is designed for stable wall mounting, though direct sunlight should be avoided to maintain ink integrity over time.
