01CDS & VINYL
Original vinyl in a wood frame
The cover art of a beloved record, lifted from the shelf and given a place on the wall. The physical object remains central, its texture and colour preserved within a composed rectangular form.
This piece suits those who collect records as visual artefacts. It displays the original sleeve and disc without altering them, offering a quiet way to showcase a favourite album in a living space or studio.
02MATERIALS
Wood profiles and archival matting
The construction relies entirely on wood profiles, providing a warm, solid boundary for the artwork. Inside, archival matting creates a clean separation between the frame and the album cover, protecting the paper while enhancing its visual impact.
04DIMENSIONS
Framed size of 75 by 47.5 cm
The outer framed dimensions measure 75 cm in height and 47.5 cm in width. This proportion is substantial enough to command attention on a blank wall yet manageable for standard interior spaces, balancing presence with practicality.
05ORIGIN
Made to order in Melbourne
Each piece is assembled specifically for the buyer in Melbourne. This made-to-order approach ensures that the framing is tailored to the specific vinyl record, treating the album not as a mass-produced item but as a unique object of personal significance.
