Finesse Excaliber Lipless Crankbait, 55mm, Burnt Gold

Crafted from durable materials, the Excaliber features a streamlined body designed to cut through water efficiently. The burnt gold colourway provides visual contrast in murky or clear conditions, while the overall shape supports stable movement during retrieval. This aesthetic is functional, ensuring the lure maintains its trajectory whether cast far or worked vertically.

Inside the body, ball bearings rotate to produce a distinct rattling sound. This auditory cue attracts target species from a distance, stimulating reaction strikes. The vibration travels through the water column, drawing attention when visibility is low or fish are holding tight to structure. It is a subtle but effective mechanism for triggering bites.

Anglers can cast this lure long distances to cover water quickly or use it for vertical jigging around drop-offs. When fished near vegetation, a simple tick of the rod tip works the tops of the grass, while a sharp pop triggers strikes when hung. In cooler, deeper waters, a yo-yo technique adds motion to the presentation, keeping the lure active throughout the retrieve.

The lure comes equipped with nickel-coated size 6 treble hooks, offering durability and sharpness for secure hookups. Its 7gm weight allows for precise tuning; adding tungsten putty adjusts the balance, adapting the lure to different depths and current strengths. This adjustability ensures the angler can fine-tune the presentation without changing tackle entirely.
