01TABLE LAMPS
Playful Illumination for the Long Dog Lover
This sculptural lamp captures the distinctive elongated silhouette of the dachshund, turning a familiar pet shape into a piece of functional art. Its multi-colour surface catches the light, offering a cheerful focal point on a bedside table or shelf during the day.
At night, the low voltage LED source casts a gentle glow, making it suitable for nurseries or reading nooks where safety is paramount. It suits those who appreciate whimsical design that performs as well as it looks.
DESIGN
Capturing the Character of the Breed
The form follows the natural curve of the dachshund’s body, emphasising its length without losing structural balance. The multi-colour application brings out the contours, ensuring the piece reads clearly as a canine figure rather than an abstract shape. This attention to proportion allows it to sit comfortably among other decorative items while maintaining its own distinct identity.
LIGHTING
Soft Glow from a Safe Source
Powered by a low voltage LED, the lamp emits a consistent light that is gentle on the eyes. This makes it particularly suited to environments where children might reach for switches or touch the fixture directly. The warmth of the light complements the playful aesthetic, creating a cosy atmosphere without the harshness often associated with bright task lighting.
DIMENSIONS
Compact Scale for Versatile Placement
Standing 240 millimetres long, 90 millimetres wide and 200 millimetres high, the lamp occupies minimal floor or surface area. This compact footprint allows it to fit on narrow sills, small side tables or crowded shelves. The packaging measures 18 x 15 x 8 centimetres, weighing three kilograms, indicating a sturdy construction that protects the delicate form during transit.
