02MATERIALS
Wood, Acrylic and Archival Care
The frame is constructed using all-wood profiles, providing a warm, tactile border that complements the graphic nature of the album art. Inside, archival matting offers a clean, professional presentation for the cover, while UV-filtering non-glare acrylic shields the inks from fading. This combination ensures the piece remains visually crisp without the distracting reflections often associated with glass.
04DETAILS
Made to Order in Melbourne
Each unit is made to order in Melbourne, Australia, ensuring specific attention to the assembly process. The outer framed dimensions are 32.5cm in height and 23.5cm in width, a compact size suitable for shelves, mantels, or gallery walls. The packing carton weighs approximately 1kg, indicating a lightweight yet sturdy construction that is easy to handle during installation.
05CARE
Positioning Away from Direct Sunlight
While the UV-filtering acrylic provides robust protection, the supplier advises avoiding direct sunlight for optimal longevity. Prolonged exposure can affect the inks through moisture interaction, so placing the frame in a well-lit but indirect spot preserves the vibrancy of the artwork. This simple consideration keeps the colours true and the lines sharp for years of enjoyment.
