1 x Mattress Protector – 152 x 203 + 40 cm
MATERIALS
Jacquard Weave with Natural Fibre
The cover combines thirty percent bamboo fibre with seventy percent polyester in a jacquard weave. This blend creates a fabric that is soft to the touch yet structurally sound. A 0.15mm PU membrane, made from one hundred percent polyester knitted fabric, sits within the construction to provide waterproofing without sacrificing breathability.
DESIGN
Subtle Quilting in Neutral Tones
Visual interest comes from a quilted design featuring stylised bamboo leaves. The colour palette relies on soft, natural tones mixed with green, ensuring the piece remains discreet under bedding. The 300gsm polyester filling provides a plush depth that cushions the mattress, adding a layer of comfort between the body and the support base.
FUNCTION
Moisture Wicking and Temperature Control
Bamboo fibre is known for its ability to manage humidity, helping to wick away moisture from the skin. This action assists in regulating body temperature throughout the night, preventing the clammy feeling often associated with synthetic covers. The result is a sleep environment that feels cooler and drier, particularly beneficial for those who tend to run warm.
FIT
Secure Fit with Stretch Skirt
The protector features a skirt that stretches to forty centimetres, allowing it to wrap securely around thicker mattresses or box springs. For the Queen size, the dimensions are 152 by 203 centimetres plus the additional depth coverage. This elasticated edge ensures the sheet stays in place, reducing shifting during sleep.
CARE
Simple Machine Washing Routine
Maintenance is straightforward, as the protector is machine washable. Before the first wash, consult the label for specific settings to preserve the integrity of the PU membrane and the bamboo blend. Regular cleaning helps maintain the hygienic properties of the fabric, keeping the sleeping surface fresh and free from accumulated dust or allergens.
