01SANDS & SOILS
Breathing room for every root system
A quiet foundation for the green corners of your home, this expanded clay offers a structured yet airy base for plant life. The rounded pebbles create a landscape where roots can expand without restriction, supporting vigorous growth in indoor or hydroponic environments.
Ideal for growers seeking a stable, soil-free substrate, it suits both dedicated hydroponic systems and mixed substrates. It provides balanced moisture retention while ensuring excess water drains away quickly, keeping the root zone healthy and active.
100% Hydro Clay (LECA)
5L Hydro Clay Balls in resealable bags (Net Weight approximately 2Kg).
02MATERIALS
Natural expanded clay aggregate
Composed entirely of lightweight expanded clay, these pebbles are a pure, mineral-based medium. They carry no inherent nutrients, allowing you to control exactly what your plants receive. This inert quality makes them a reliable partner for precise feeding schedules, whether used alone or blended with other substrates.
04PRACTICALITY
Lightweight and easy to manage
At approximately two kilograms net weight, this five-litre quantity is manageable for repotting or top-dressing. The material arrives in resealable bags, preserving its dry state until needed. Its light nature reduces strain on containers and stands, making it suitable for hanging baskets or elevated shelves where heavier soils might sag.
05ENVIRONMENT
A clean habitat for roots
The sterile, neutral pH environment discourages the proliferation of fungal gnats, often a nuisance in damp potting mixes. By offering excellent drainage, the clay prevents waterlogging, maintaining a crisp, aerated space around the root ball. It is a tidy, low-maintenance solution for those who prefer a cleaner growing setup.
