01GARDENING TOOLS
Sealed roots for every new start
In the quiet hum of a propagation station, these collars hold each cutting steady. The black neoprene frames the base of the plant, creating a distinct boundary between air and water that supports early root development.
Ideal for growers using 2-inch net pots, this set provides consistent support across multiple clones simultaneously. It suits both dedicated hydroponic setups and compact indoor gardens where precision matters.
02MATERIALS
Neoprene and sponge construction
Each collar is formed from flexible black neoprene, offering resilience against moisture and repeated handling. Inside, a sponge block insert creates a tight fit around the stem. This combination ensures the material conforms to the pot rather than forcing the plant into a rigid shape, maintaining integrity over many cycles.
FUNCTION
Steady support during rooting
The primary role of the collar is to stabilize the cutting while it establishes its first roots. By holding the plant upright, it reduces stress on the delicate stem. The sponge insert helps maintain a micro-environment at the base, keeping conditions stable until the roots are strong enough to anchor the plant independently.
QUANTITY
A full set of forty
Provided as a set of forty, this quantity covers a substantial batch of clones. This volume is practical for hobbyists expanding their collection or professionals running larger propagation trays. Having spares available means you can replace worn units without interrupting the growth cycle of existing plants.
