013D WALL ART
Shifting Sands in Seven Colours
Positioned on a bedside table or desk, this piece offers a quiet, moving focal point. The interplay of falling sand and coloured light creates a gentle, hypnotic rhythm that suits a calm evening or a focused work session.
The lamp functions as both illumination and kinetic sculpture. It suits those who appreciate changing visuals and tactile interaction, serving as a distinctive accent in living rooms, bedrooms or studies.
02MATERIALS
Glass and Metal Construction
The structure relies on high-quality glass and metal, providing a sturdy frame for the internal mechanism. The transparent elements allow full visibility of the sand movement, while the metallic components offer a solid base. This combination ensures the piece feels substantial despite its compact footprint.
04MOTION
Dynamic Sand Patterns
Inverting the unit releases the sand, which falls at varying speeds due to differences in particle weight. This creates constantly evolving images rather than static scenes. The movement is slow and deliberate, offering a meditative quality that changes with every rotation of the device.
