01TABLE LAMPS
A miniature galaxy on your bedside table
Resting quietly on a bedside shelf, this lamp transforms the dark into a gentle, colourful cosmos. The acrylic panels create a convincing illusion of depth, placing planets in orbit around a central sun within a compact footprint.
Designed as a practical night light, it offers seven distinct hues to suit any mood or time of day. It is an ideal companion for young astronomers, providing a soft, non-intrusive glow that eases the transition from playtime to sleep.
02DESIGN
Acrylic layers create a convincing three-dimensional effect
The lamp relies on layered acrylic panels to produce its visual impact. This construction allows light to pass through specific cutouts, creating a stark contrast between the illuminated celestial bodies and the surrounding darkness. The result is a crisp, realistic representation of the solar system that appears to float in space rather than sit flat on the surface.
04POWER
USB and battery options remove wiring constraints
The unit operates at 5V with a low power draw of 0.5W. It can be connected directly to a laptop, power bank, or wall adapter via the included USB cable. Alternatively, it accepts three AA batteries, which are not included, allowing the lamp to be placed anywhere without access to a socket. This dual-power capability supports both permanent bedside setups and temporary travel arrangements.
