02MATERIALS
Corundum core with titanium finish
Each bit features a corundum grinding head, a material chosen for its abrasive consistency. The surface is treated with a titanium plating process, which helps extend the service life of the tool. This construction ensures the abrasive face remains effective through repeated contact with hardened steel teeth.
04SIZING
Three distinct pitches covered
The set includes ten bits for each of three sizes: 4.0mm, 4.8mm, and 5.5mm. These correspond to specific chain gauges, such as 3/8 inch and .325 inch variations. Whether working with smaller or larger chains, there is a matching bit to align with the tooth geometry.
IN USE
Sharpening without disassembly
