- Motor not working
- Remove the black cover plate on the motor from the side, and check if the motor wires are loose. Replace the power adapter and check if the power supply is damaged. Pump working, but the milk cup has no suction or weak suction: Remove the black cover plate above the pump from the side, and check if the suction tube of the pump is loose, or if the white pump head is cracked. If there are no issues, check if the pipe connector is securely plugged.
