01CONDIMENTS & SAUCES
Golden oil for the everyday kitchen
A slender amber bottle holds a liquid that is as versatile as it is refined. The oil sits quietly on the shelf, ready to transform simple ingredients into something more complex.
This is a food-grade oil designed for both low-heat finishing and high-heat cooking. It suits those who appreciate the subtle, nutty character of macadamia without overpowering their dish.
100% Natural Pure Australian Macadamia Oil. It is mechanically cold pressed from macadamia nut kernel. This oil is unique in its composition, having the highest level of monounsaturated fatty acids of all culinary oils.

02EXTRACTION
Mechanically cold pressed for purity
The oil is extracted using a mechanical cold pressing method, preserving the natural integrity of the macadamia nut kernel. This process yields a product that is 100 percent natural and free from added flavours, allowing the inherent qualities of the nut to shine through in every application.
PERFORMANCE
High heat tolerance for diverse cooking
With a smoke point ranging from 200 to 210 degrees Celsius, this oil performs reliably across various techniques. It is suitable for deep frying, stir-frying and roasting, while its flash point reaches 285 degrees Celsius. This thermal stability makes it a practical choice for both searing and gentle sautéing.
COMPOSITION
Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids
Macadamia oil stands out among culinary oils for its composition, featuring the highest level of monounsaturated fatty acids. It contains between 56 and 65 percent oleic acid, along with palmitoleic acid at 14.5 to 20 percent. This profile contributes to its distinct taste and functional properties in the kitchen.
SENSORY
Delicate flavour and pale golden hue
Visually, the oil presents a pale, golden colour that looks appealing in a clear bowl or drizzled over a plate. Its aroma is described as slightly nutty, delicate and pleasant, remaining free from strong or competing flavours. This subtlety allows it to enhance salads, marinades and roasted vegetables without masking their natural essence.
