Ceramic housing and telluride core
Each module features a single-layer, double-sided ceramic packaging structure that protects the internal components while allowing efficient heat transfer. Inside this rigid shell lies a semiconductor material composed of bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), chosen for its ability to generate voltage from temperature gradients. The use of low-temperature tin-alloy solder ensures strong connections without compromising the delicate internal lattice.

Measuring 40 by 40 millimetres with a thickness of 0.34 centimetres, these modules are small enough to integrate into tight spaces yet substantial enough to handle significant thermal loads.
